Mage Hand Press Store!

We're finally doing it! May 1st, we're launching the Mage Hand Press store, where you can buy all the awesome books we've been writing for the last year. I think we talked it all up in this video, but I'll cover the cliff-notes below for everyone.

Why a Store?

We love Patreon. We love our patrons, and especially our Producers. We'd do this thing for free if we could, but Patreon makes is possible to commission amazingly talented artists like Martin Kirby (who we also love to death.)

But Patreon isn't perfectly ideal for everyone. Some people would like to page through the Complete Alchemist or the Lovecraft Handbook without worrying about a recurring subscription. Some people aren't as interested in the other patron benefits, like getting early looks at material and getting to vote on upcoming books. For those people, a store where they can purchase our books a la carte is ideal.

I'm a Patron. Wat Do?

Don't do anything! Our goal is to keep Patreon the number one place to get our content. On Patreon, you'll get stuff first, you'll get it cheapest, and you'll be able to get other benefits, like I talked about above. Like I said, we love our Patreon, and don't want to do anything to get in the way of that. If you're already on Patreon, this option might not be for you.

Hard Copies?

Hold up; no real, physical books yet. We're still dealing in digital for the time being. (That being said, we do want to do it someday, but we're not quite there yet.)

Any other questions? Leave 'em in the comments below and I'll answer them up here!

  1. Congratulations!

Having a hard copy seems nice. Will you ship only inside the US, or do I have a chance getting it on the other side of the world?

    1. Right now, we're looking at downloads and probably merch like our custom dice. (Hard copy books are in the future.) That being said, I'm pretty sure we'll be able to international shipping now.

  2. Well, hold on a sec. We're not talking hard copy JUST yet. For now, the store is still entirely PDF.
